Good morning Everybody, I was sick this past weekend with bad runny nose and now I am starting to get better but my nose is little red from blowing alot this past weekend. SNIFF SNIFF! Anyway We had alot of snow here over 1 foot of snow. My kids had fun to play in the snow while I made no pasta chicken soup. It was yummy!Also I made Beef Stew for my family while I had soup the mostly this past weekend.I did to use my exercise bike for 30 min while I was sick with runny nose but it made me feel good so I won't feel guilty. That is me! I will be very busy this week... My son wants to play Baby Ruth baseball and my daughter wants to play softball this Spring and I will go to a place where I will registarte for them this Wednesday. Tomorrow is Valentine 's day! Kim Have you find the clothes while you went to shopping with MaryJo? I am planning to go shopping to find top for the party which I did not go shopping this past weekend. The kids will go to school 90 min late today. Drive careful to go work or somewhere because it is not good place to park my car at work this morning. B- 1/2 cup low sugar orange juice; slice of ham and mozzstick S load of water L chicken no pasta soup S load of water D ??? I did very well with eating on Saturday but yesterday, forget it! I grazed all day b/c I was so bored indoors with the snow. I tend to eat sometimes when I am bored. Luckliy, I was able to snap myself out of it long enough to do some badly needed chores around the house and I did my workout DVD all weekend. B - cottage cheese w/ pecans & splenda L - tuna salad w/ cheese & soy chips S - protein bar D - probably some campbells soup, its soup weather S - low sugar ice cream Well because of my laziness and grazing, I am up 1lb. Nothing to do about it but refocus. I know it will come off and I will be under 200 lbs soon.

Hey Christine... have you ever tried the Tabatchnick (frozen) soup? It is in the frozen kosher section at S&S. between 80-120 cals per serving. 2 servings to box. low sodium and very very yummy! check them out. See you and yours at the dance! HAPPY VDAY T.

Hello, Hello, and Happy Crappy Monday to all.... B ~ Decaf coffee w/ Splenda S ~ No sugar added, Organic, Peach Applesauce L ~ Soupy, instant, cheddar, mashed potatoes D ~ ? S ~ SF Pudding (these are pretty good!) I am going to start to work out tonight. Not too much, but will do a tape of some sort at home. I dont want to go to the gym yet for fear I will be looking like a pregnant woman. You know, you try to do something and its uncomfortable so you hold you stomach. Think I will start at home and make sure I am all set to do it in public too.

Hi Bree, you just take it slow at first. The important thing is to make excersize part of your weekly habits. It's not a race. I remember when I joined "Planet Fitness" a month after surgery I was on the treadmill walking at a snails pace. Didn't matter, being out there in that crowd of folks is just as helpful as the excersize you are doing. Some of us heavy folks tend to shy away from big groups thinking we will be made fun of. Frankly, I never ran into that at my gym and everyone was very supportive. So Good Luck on your "Excersize Journey"! Make it fun so you keep at it, Nowe, back to bussiness! LOL B toasted wheat english muffin with slice of LF cheese S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's pork chop in tomato sauce with roasted peppers S protien shake D Making a pork roast so will have a little of that with a small salad No gym today, moved alot of snow yesterday so got a good workout in. Hi everyone!!! I went out with my kids today and pulled them around on their sleds!!! Would have NEVER down that at 266lbs!!!! So Im very excited about my new found energy!!!!!!!!!! today I had: Clam Chowder green tea Kidney beans mixed with cottage cheese sprinkled with Bacon Bits green tea Not sure what Im going to have for dinner???
