Hello everyone I'm almost two weeks as of Monday the 13th. I spoke to Elina today and she sais it would be alright for me to start soft foods on Monday. To date I have lost 27lbs. This liquid diet has not been easy whew , but I took no shortcuts. Any good recipes for puree stage. Please Send me information on foods. Thank You all again for your support. Oh yeah how do I set up my page? I would like to post pictures and all. This is a journey for the rest of my life.

Hi Tt, As far as soft foods, anything that you like to eat regularly can be placed in a food chopper and turned into soft food. The baby food is yukk. I put shrimp and a little may in my mini food processor and made yummy shrimp salad. If the family was having chicken parm, would cut a small piece and put it in the food processor. They sell them at wal mart for like 12 dollars and are are worth every cent! Try not to eat anything too spicy, but like I said, you can put things from turkey hot dogs to baked chicken to pieces of pork chops in the food processor for a good meal. You have to remember to add a litle moisture to whatever you process, be it mayo, a little broth, or salad dressing. Ranch dressing and grilled chicken make a yummy salad. Take care and keep up the great work ! Julio!

Hey Tt, Glad to hear your doing well, take it slow and be good to yourself. Your on your way my dear. To create your page, you need to go to my profile, there is a section called General Info. that is where you can input your journal everday. In order to have your page created and your photos put in you have to contact the ([email protected]) site with an attachment of the photo. There are various volunteers on the site that can create your page for you too, you can help by giving them various ideas of what you like, by emailing them at ([email protected]). Give them your favorite hobbies, pets, music, etc. They will create a beautiful profile page for you like some of us have. Check out my profile and some of the other members to get ideas on how you may want your page to be. They do a great job on this site. Good luck Hugs KimC
