I am so proud of you sticking to that plateau buster AND not getting on the scale. I don't know if I could resist. You are a strong woman. I am praying that you see good results. I am thinking of trying the plateau buster myself. My scale hasn't moved in 4 months. Good news is I lost all of my holiday weight, but here I sit at that 183 lb mark and can't get past it. I really want to be in the 170's by the time I have my 18m checkup with Dr. Aranow. One would think 3 measly little pounds wouldn't be that difficult, huh.
Keep up the good work Kim, you will do it.
B - 2 string cheese
s - nf yogurt
L - 1/2 chicken sandwich on low carb bread, onion soup
s- Q-smart bar
D - beef & mushroom fahita
s- sf popcicle, decaf coffee
Did 30m nordic walking this morning... going to do some yoga tonight while watching tv
