Food & Exercise Log THURSDAY
Good Morning Everybody!!
I am looking forward tomorrow because It is FRIDAY!!! I will be very busy at work today and will planning to wash our clothes tonight while I will exercise my treadmill and use exercise ball downstair for an hour. You have to try this if you are garlic lover! I bought Blue Diamond Almonds and there are flavor called Maui Onion and Garlic. They are so GOOD!!!!I use to take ten almonds per handfull for my snack.
B- rushing this morning to go work early morning
1/2 cup cottage cheese with half sliced banana
S hamdful of Maui Onion & Garlic almonds and load of water
L stuffed green pepper with mozz cheese top
S load of water and nectar protein drink
D ham steak with green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water
Hope this food/exercise help you to stick with your tools. It helped me alot to stick with my tools.
Don't forget to make your time to do exercise today

I did my first workout DVD in like 4 days last night and it was tough! I guess my body got very used to not working itself very quickly.
B - cottage cheese w/ pecans & splenda fruit preserves
S - protein bar
L - Tuna on salad
S - soy chips
D - grilled chicken w/ cheese & salsa
No more nuts! I took them out of my office drawer so that I can't just lean over and snack all day. I know that its a healthy snack but it is so high in fat and grazing is never good.
More exercise tonight! Hopefully it won't be as tough as last night. And in WLS gala news, yesterday I bought a dress from Goodwill. Very simple but I like it. The only thing is that it is green. So I will be with the "jolly black giant" wearing the jolly green dress.

Good for you getting rid of those nuts. I tried to keep "healthy" snacks in my desk too and found it was a big mistake. They kept calling me and I was always thinking about them. I make out much better just bringing my planned food for the day. Takes all the temptation away.

I tried it, it was fun! They have some cool suggestions on how to burn calories doing household chores and such, very helpful. There should be something like that just for WLS patients! At the end it told me that I should be eating 140 grams of carbs a day in order to lose weight. My first thought was "whoo hoo!!" But I should probably stick to the 40 - 60 that my nutrionist suggested. lol

Went back to work today, yesterday my tummy was not so good. But I am okay now. Still doing the plateau buster, its been 4 days so far.
B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake
S: Rest of shake and a protein bar
L: Turkey rolled with lf cheese and some bluecheese dressing
S: sf jello and a yogurt later
D: probably some tunasalad with veggie
S: sf philly swirls
Lots of walking today, will be doing my 4 mile walk around the neighborhood with Erin then maybe some of the exercise bike if I am not too tired. I have 6 more days of this diet and I hope it breaks the scale. I have not gotten on it at all since I started so we shall see.

D 3 fish stickes with a small salad
Went to gym and got a good workout in. Will make supper and take it easy tonight. Everyone have a great Evening! Julio!

I am your picture of scale and I am using my sign langauge said "NO!" until you passed after ten days then you can weight yourself. SMILE! Sorry your stomach is not feeling good and hope it will getting better tomorrow.
Your meal plan is great and I know you can do it ! Cannot wait to see you on March 4th. I will do exercise there on the dance floor instead of dance
