Hi everyone, I had a couple of weeks where I lost a lb. or nothing at all. I found out that it was because I wasn't eating enough! Go figure. Never had that problem before. Some meals I will sit down have a few bites of everything and feel like I ate too much, but when I really sit and figure out what I had... I isn't all that bad. It was just an odd thing to hear that I wasn't eating enough. I never thought I would hear that. Hugs, Chrissy

Hey Chrissy, I know exactly how you feel. I went through that too, now I am at a stop for the past few months. Its frustrating, I am doing everything I am suppose to be doing and now I can't get past this certain weight. I hope all goes well for you sweetie. Take care and keep up the good work you will get there. Hugs KimC

How did you determine that you weren't eating enough? Calorie counting? I am having the same problem, but sometimes think I am eating too much. Please help? Thanks, Karen

Hi Karen, If your not eating enough your body thinks your starving and slows down youe metabolisim. Go back to the information sheets that you recieved after surgery. They tell you how many calories, how much protien, and fluids you need every day along with suppliments. Take care, Julio
