Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Hi Folks!
I will be very busy today and will go to PPT meeting at school today. Want to put my track log there.
B-3 oz warm chicken with melt mozz cheese
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L some cold shrimps with dip the sauce
S some smoked almonds and load of water
D strip od steaks with onion and green peppers
s simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
will do full weight lift at gym and 30 min for cardio tonight

L - 2 sm slices eggplant pizza
s - Q smart bar
D - stuffed pepper w/melted cheese
s - handful almonds, sf popcicles
did 30mins nordic walking today at work.

I need to exercise! Its been two days and I am up one lbs and feel all sluggish. I have a good excuse though, I was up late at support group meetings on Monday and last night. I had sort of considered going to one I think is in New Haven tonight but I don't want to say that I started gaining weight back b/c I spent all my time at support group meetings.
B - roasted chicken & cheddar
S - rest of chicken
L - white chicken chili w/ cheddar
S - peach
D - not sure, the only thing I can think of is grilled chicken
Leslie Sansome tonight! I am so close to my next goal so I need to get on the ball! Some one pray that I can stop eating pecans at work so I can get my fat count down. I know, I know, its still a good snack, but its grazing and I want to limit that.

It was great seeing everyone at the post op meeting in Middlesex last night. Christine D..it was great meeting you.
Peter, Debby-Dave-Dorota--always a pleasure seeing you guys.
The rest of you---I know your faces..but not the names. Its a great after group gathering that Debby has formed. Everyone is so comfortable and easy with one another.
NO exercise yesterday. Today I am planning a walk with my neighborhood buddies after work
B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese 12 g
S-1 sl rye toast w/melted cheese 9g
L-egg salad 1/2 cup and a small tossed salad 12 g
S-1/2 cup cottage cheese 12 g
D-chicken fettecini alfredo (light sauce) easy on the noodles--more chicken.
S-I am so trying to do away with an evening snack. I am loving my flavored decaf coffee at night...hoping I can stick to that. It seems once I start eating after dinner..it opens the door for grazing.

I have done pretty good on liquids, but no so good on protein. Today is my 1 week check-up with Dr Barba and maybe he will give me the green light to add some tuna and then I would def. get in enough each day.

Good morning everyone,
Its a beautiful day out today and I am feeling lousy, my tummy is acting up today. I am home resting. I think it was from what I ate last night.
I am trying the plateau buster the next 10 days to get this darn weight to break. I hope this works I am seeing Dr. Barajas in a week or so, so if it does not work I am going to ask her what I am doing wrong.
Anyway I hope everyone is having a great day today. Welcome to the food log Chrissy, hope to see more of you. Its a great group here.

Lots of crystal light and plain water today too. Not much exercise today, not feeling too great. Will try to ride the bike later tonight.
