The 1st alternative was Boost instead of the Advanced Recovery stuff, but the -1000 cal diet was not 'food specific'. Judy just said to stay under 20g. of carbs in a day and try to get in 100g. of protein. Basically, you eat VERY low fat/sugar/carb.
I ate lettuce and grilled chicken alot, but it was better than those shakes.
