Good Morning Everybody,
It is getting colder outside BRRRRRR!!! I am leaving half day today at work to take my son for dentist and doctor appointments today. I am going to shopping myself to look for my outfit for March 4th and the wedding ( April 15th) today after dropping my son home after his apppointments so he will do his homeworks.

Will hit gym at work to do treadmill and elliptical for an hour for Cardio

Good Morning Everyone!
B - turkey & cheese roll ups

D - probably salad bar after the meeting
There is a 8 hour gap between lunch and dinner b/c of the meeting tonight, hence the two snacks. So to trade I am not going to snack between breakfast and lunch. I am still using fitday to track my foods and its really the snacking thats killing me. I keep a can of peanuts next to my desk and the fat from that is killing my fat score at the end of the day. So I am going to have to commit to no grazing. Eeek, what a scary thought! lol

It is SOOOOO GOOOD to see you back! I hear you are going to be Kathy's date at the Gala. I got hubby to agree to stay home with the kids so I can go and have a girls night out!!! WAHOO! I am looking forward to seeing you again.
Kathy, looking forward to our next 5 mile walk. Went window shopping for something to wear to the Gala... .hmmm.... have no idea how to dress for this thing. Fun to look though!

Hey all,
It was a very sunny day out today, alittle chilly but not bad. I did some walking today at work lunchtime.
B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake
S: rest of shake
L: 3 ounces chicken salad with veggie
S: sugarfree jello
D: Turkey and cheese with veggies
S: protein bar
Lots of greentea and plain water. Trying the plateau buster, so far its two days and the scale has not moved. My patience is running thin and I am going to blow soon. I am so proud of myself for the weight I have lost so far, now I feel like I am being tortured again. I can't go through this all over again, my emotions are worn out.
I know I have to be patient and I know it will come off eventually, but I want it off now, I want to be out of the 220s. I have waited so long for this and now its almost here and I feel like I am being punished for something.
Well enough of my pathetic rambling, I will be fine and I will get over this hump, I just needed to vent. Sorry everyone.

D 1/2 sweet sausage link with a few tablespoons of peas.
Went to gym after work. Got a great workout in. Felt so good walking out of there. Starting to feel like spring is going to come early. Breeze was cold but sunshine was warm. Drank my fill of "Crystal Light" today. Scale has started moving in the right direction again, finally! May turn out to be a good month! Tried some of that "Softsoap Shea Butter Body Wash" "Was a cupon in this weekends paper" . Stuff is great, keeps your skin moisturized no matter how dry it is out and isn't at all greasy. If you have dry skin give it a try. Take care all,
