I am happy to say that I only had two chicken wings and two celery sticks at the super bowel party today. I did have one glass of wine but it could of been worst... Let's here how did everyone do today... It's okay if you had too much the good things is that tomm is a new day and it could be a new start...

Good girl Magaly I was a good girl too. Went to the movies with my daughter and a friend and her son, just had water, no snacks. I am doing the 10 days of plateau breaking diet. I am being a good girl. Did not eat any bad stuff at all yesterday, it was just the hubby, me and Erin for superbowl, no party. I did my new exercise bike all weekend and yesterday after the movie walked the mall a couple of hours. Have a great week. Hugs KimC

I am thinking its the Plateau Buster Diet which I've seen a few times on this site: How to break a plateau #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?) peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles tea or coffee sugar free soda sugar free jello broths/bullion (sp?) crystal light drinks #5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! #6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily

I ate more than I should have but, still not too bad and it was all good protein, shrimp, baked chicken. I would love to go to a party and completely ignore food but I haven't gotten there yet, close but no cigar. I was able to focus on people and have fun MUCH more than I would have as a pre-op but I need to learn not too eat as I watch tv just b/c everyone else did. Ah well, live and learn.

You guys are such inspiration. Hey all...I've been MIA on the board, again. Doing fine, holding my own, haven't lost in months and months, just steady Eddie, within 2-3 lbs. Had folks over for the stupid (super) bowl, ate good stuff, low fat sour cream with chopped spinach and chopped water chestnuts. Had a few sushi. Some chili, my favorite.
