No longer OBESE!!

This is just SO exciting!!! I jumped on the scale this morning, and it read 174. That brings my BMI to 29.8 -- officially OUT of the OBESE category!!! I'm just "overweight" now!!! I broke my plateau in January, and since 1/1/06 I'm down -14lbs! THANK GOD!! My next mini-goal is to hit 160! That's only 14lbs away!! And I'm only 24lbs from hitting the CENTURY mark!!! Ultimately I want to be 140 for my wedding. The date isn't set yet, we're looking to do it either in the fall of '06 but more likely the spring of '07. I was 215 at my last wedding... and pregnant. I want to do it RIGHT this time around!!! At the rate I'm going now, I could be at my personal goal by SUMMER!!! My fiance and I have been working out together in our basement all week. I hate working out with people around me... but he truely is an inspiration and I'm SOOOO thankful that I have him to do this with me!! He's in such good shape, and I was intimidated to work out with him at first. But he's been so supportive and encouraging!! SUCH a change from what I was used to!!! I've just been SOOO happy lately. Life is treating me SO well for once!! My familiy and friends have all noticed the difference too!! This is going to be a great year, I just KNOW it!! Okay I'm done.. hhahaa... just wanted to share my excitement!!! My fiancee is out working with his brother this morning, so I have to share with SOMEONE!!! haha!!! --CJ 250/174/140 non-op
