Food & Exercise Log Saturday
Hi Everybody,
I want to input my log before do errands here. I am looking forward to do Nordic Walking with Terri this afternoon and made her pumpkin mouse with almonds in it for mysefl and her.
B nectar protein drink
s some peanuts and load of fluids
L tuna salad without bread
S load of fluids after exercise
D homemade Chili with ceddar cheese
S simple smart milk and sf jello
will do 3.4 miles for nordic walking and will do exercise bike tonight for 30 min

I am also looking forward to taking a nordic walk with Kathy today.
B - pancake w/sf syrup and turkey sausage
L - leftover turkey meatball soup
s - PUMPKIN MOUSE
D - don't know yet... maybe meatloaf, maybe roasted chicken and veggies
s - sf popcicle
cleaning house and hopefully doing yoga tape tonight.

This is my 1st official bandster food log..... yipeee
B - Few sips of water (w/ unjury)
S - few sips of decaf coffee w/ skim milk & splenda
L - SF pspsicle
D - Chicken soup strained (???)
I have so many bubbles in my belly It's hard to even get in a few sips here and there. I feel full almost immediately.
Cant wait to post again, now that I am an official loser.
