FOOD & EXERCISE LOG FRIDAY
Hey WLS Family,
I am so good mood today because today is FRIDAY and it will be busy weekend. My son will have his friend sleep over tonight and I will do Nordic Walking with Terri tomorrow afternoon together. It will be fun! Will help my hubby with our addition tonight.
B- mozz stick and nectar protein drink
S load of water and some cashews nuts
L slices of turkey , mozz stick and some slice of tomatoes
S load of fluid and nectar protein drink
D will get pizza for my fmaily and I will get left over turkey chilli with ceddar cheese top for myself
S love to have a glass of simple smart milk before I go to bed and nectar protein drink
will do two machines for cardio for an hour during my work hour at gym

Watch out for spring clothes soon!!! Here we are going to spend $$$$ on new clothes!!! I am still looking for outfit for March 4 and the wedding on April 15th too!

Good Morning everyone:
What a crappy day out today, its pooring out and foggy as heck. I took Erin to school so she did not have to wait at the bus stop. I hope it lets up I have a half a day today and I wanted to go walking.
Well I am doing okay, still frustrated. But dealing with it as always. Can't wait to go shopping to for an outfit for March 4th. I am so excited about going and seeing everyone. It will be so much fun.

Will hopefully get in some, but going out tonight. I want my exercise bike my brother promised me, he has not brought it over yet. I can't wait to get started with that.

Still grazing at nite. Expecially licorice. Strawberry twizzlers. Bad!!! Bad !!!Bad!!! I am going to try and eat more protein at my meals and see if that helps. It seems the only time I am hungry is after 6pm. Keeping busy has helped alittle.
No excersize yet. The doc yesterday said no excersize!! Bummer. Who woulda thought that 2 years ago I would miss going to the gym? How life has changed.

I am glad it is Friday too, even though it is rainy. I am looking forward to not having to work for 2 whole days and besides I am visiting my bf this weekend. Which I am happy about even though I will be forced to watch the Super Bowl.

D - no idea, will try to find a healthy option after my hair cut tonight
My calories & fat were crazy on fitday yesterday so I am trying to limit my intake while still getting in my protein in. Leslie Sansone tonight and walking the streets of NY tomorrow w/ bf for hours (in boots mind you!) will be my exercise for this weekend. I will let the football players exercise on my behalf during Sunday's game.

D Looking like a fish stick/tater tot night tonight. Not in the mood to cook tonight.Will have a little with some steamed carrots.
Lots of crystal light during the day. No gym today, went yesterday so will go nowhere fast on the excersize bike tonight. Everyone have a great weekend!
