Feeling great today! Yesterday I started a higher protein, lower carb plan and I found that I didn't feel all sick and kooky at night. Maybe its been the carbs? Maybe its just a coincidince? Who knows? But I feel great and I lost 1 lb so I'm gonna keep at it. B - South Beach Cereal S - 1/2 EAS bar Carmel Apple L - Tuna salad w/ soy chips S - rest of bar D - boneless chicken w/ cheese and salsa S - Cottage Cheese w/ splenda starwberry preserves (Yum!) I put a call into the Nutritionist to see where I should be as far as calories, fat, protein and carbs so i can compare to what I am already doing. I started fitday yesterday and I was very interested in the result. I am doing over 800 calories a day & 40 grams of fat so I what to hear from her if that is too high for someone like me. More of Leslie Sansome tonight! I really need to get another DVD so I can have some variety but I am really loving this one.

Hi Everyone, Trying to add my food log everyday now. Before Breakfast - Protein Shake - 140 calories - 25 gm of protein B 2 scrambled eggs with 1 piece of cheese L Salad with Chicken D Not sure S Almonds I am going to try and drink more water today. I am not sure if I am taking in too many calories because my weight isn't moving right now. Is it ok to have another protein shake? I think so, but that would be an additional 140 calories. Thanks

I seem to eat a lot more than what others post here. Makes me hesitant to post because I don't want to be a bad example. I also exercise a lot, and I'm wondering if it's my body really needing more calories.... I'm at 160 pounds and standing. I'm pretty solid though - I'm in a size 10 petite. I could probably lose another 20 pounds, although I'm afraid that it would come off of my ever shrinking chest. I mostly carry my fat now in my legs. Not too much on my upper body. Anyways, this is what I plan on eating today.... B - Protein bar and non fat latte L - cabbage, carrots and a small piece of ham D - turkey, asparagus S - not sure yet. I must lay off the cereal and drink more water - that's my goal for today Hope you all have a good one! Tammy 272/160

Hi Tammy! I'm glad to see you post, I was wondering how you are! I'm not a nutrionist (though goodness knows I wish I was since I have had surgery) but I have been told that you need more calories when you are exercising more and I would think that your job requires more daily calories than the rest of us. So don't feel bad, we are all just glad to hear from our online pals, at least that the way I feel anyway.

Hello everyone. I'm having a hard time staying on track in the evenings. I am grazing, and everyday I say I am going to stop and I don't. so tonite I am going to keep busy. No sitting and watching tv except for American idol. B-1/3 c cottage cheese and 1 Honey bell orange MMMm L-salad and chicken S Healthy heart cereal mix D-Brunswick stew S-Nectar Tammy, I too have lost my chest. Went from a 44 DDD to a 34B. (I got measured at Hanes cuz I had no clue what size I was). My dtr saw me after a shower and said "Now I know what they mean gravity sets in when you get older". LOL Tomorrow I am going to try Fitcom too. While I am out of work it might be easier to make these changes.

B - Coffee and low sugar oatmeal L - Smart One S - WW mini bar D - OMG I am going to Chowder Pot and don't no what I am having.... I am going to try to be good and a little bad.... Exercise tonight since last night I was too tired... I have to keep up my exercise so going to get back on track today. Yesterday I went to WW and I actually gained .2 onces... So need to stay on track... last week was a bad week for me eating wise but not exercise... Went to see my Internal Medicine doctor today and her goal is for me to lose another 10 pounds by the 1st week in April... Got to do this.... for me....!!!!

Hi Folks! Glad to see the "Food Log " getting busy again. B 2 slices of turkey rolled up S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's chicken salad S Protien shake after gym D 3oz's ham steak with steamed broccoli Went to gym and got a good workout in. Nice getting that little buzz after pushing yourself to the limit. Scale has started moving again, finally, lol . I really do think that you have to eat "Real Food" as opposed to bars and shakes for meal replacements. Seem to make a difference for me anyway. As far as those "Evening Grazing Urges" EGU's for short. I have made it a habit of keeping a few bowls of suger free "Jello" at the ready in the frig and so far has kept me and my son honest. Good Luck everyone and keep up the fight! It's going to be bathing suit season soon and we don't want to be scaring the fi****ake Care!, Julio!

Hey there all, Today was a nice day, the sun was out and it was just a little chilly. Work was good, busy as always. B: Atkins Coffee Shake S: rest of shake L: Peasoup S: atkins protein bar D: chicken cordon bleu soup S: none Lots of crystal light, snapple and propels. Did my walking today and dance extreme with Erin tonight. Hope everyone is having a great day and a wonderful evening. hugs KimC
