Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody
I was very busy yesterday and will be busy again today but want to input my food /exercise log today
B broiled egg and 1/4 cottage cheese
S nectar protein drink and load of fluids
L chef salad with low fat dressing
S handful of cashews and load of fluids
D salsa chicken with mozz cheese top and some green beans
S simple smart milk and sf jello
Will go to swimming laps for an hour during at work to use their pool there

Been up & down with the Xanax, need to call my doctor about dosage. At night my brain starts to race and I get a nervous. Scary.
B - south beach cereal
S - almonds
L - tuna on small salad
S - protein bar
D - chicken
S - sf ice cream
I am going to try to eat fewer almonds today. I have snacking on them alot during the day and while I know that there are worse things to snack on I am still worried about adding too many calories and fat.

Have really back slid on my fluids. Will drink Propel, crystal lite and herbal tea to try to get my quota in.
May try to go to the gym and walk on the treadmill. Going to the stores to walk is costing too much $$$$. I never was any good at window shopping--even at a fast pace(although my fast certainly isn't what it used to be).
This helped me stay on trac****il after supper last nite. I am going to try and do better today.

Not doing too bad with food on the cruise...
doing awesome with exercise. so far I have done...
spinning, yoga, kick boxing. aerobics class, walking on treadmill, exercise bike, walking on tours, oh and the ZIP LINE! giving me a new level of confidence...not bad for a FFG! Having a great time because I can move like I was born to! Thanks to WLS! Miss everyone!

Hi Everyone,
I thought I would jump on the band wagon with the food/exercise log. I think it will definitely help me and others.
Before Breakfast - 7am Protein Shake (I eat breakfast around 9am at work)
B 1/2 cup part skim ricotta with fresh blueberries (handful)
L either cup of Lentil Vegatable soup or salad with 3 oz. Broiled Chicken
S 8 almonds or cup of decaf coffee
D no idea, but suggestions welcome
I also drink one to two protein drinks per day that have 25 grams of protein and 140 calories. Am I eating too much or having too many calories if I add two protein shakes adding up to 280 calories?
I really should be drinking three per day but scared of the calorie intake.

Well what a crappy day today. Excuse the pun. Its raw and wet out today so much for the snow, just rain, rain, rain. I can't wait for the spring.

Lots of propel waters today, lots of fluids. I am trying to have more protein and fluids. I am still stuck on 220lbs, scale is not moving. I know I have to be patient, but this is ridiculous, I am doing everything I am suppose to and its still not happening.

L 3oz's chicken salad on a few greens
S Protien shake
D Turkey hot dogs in blanket with a small salad
Lots of Hot green tea today. Went to gym yesterday so will do nordic trac tonight. Everyone have a great night!
