Happy Monday Everyone! B - light & fit yogurt S - Weigh****chers muffin (its 1 point, whatever that means) L - Tuna & crackers S - protein bar D - don't know, feel like chicken tonight Gained 2 lbs over the weekend but I am willing to believe its one of those fat turning into muscle things. I did alot of walking over the past few days, walking back and forth to the local Walmart a few times. Will do my walk/kick tape tonight.

Happy Monday to everyone, Its a beautiful sunny day out today. Work is so peaceful since the boss is out today, lol. I am doing better, starting to feel like myself again. Still stuck at 220lbs. I hope it will break soon. B: Atkins Cafe Latte Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: rest of my chef salad from the other day S: Power crunch bar D: probably soup S: not sure yet, probably sf icecream Lots of propel, sugar free snapples and crystal light Walked today at lunchtime, will be doing the dance extreme with my daughter tonight if she is feeling better. Her and her dad are home sick today with bad tummies. I hope I don't get it, already had it last week. Everyone have a great day today. Hugs KimC

I'm going to try this. Due to my recent illness I have to gain wgt. Can you believe it? It sure would be easy falling back on old habits. But I am not going to do that. Healthy eating only!!! B---1/2 c homemade chile-can't stomach yogurt or eggs any more L--Lobster and cole saw. S--protein bar D chicken with gravy and green beans. Maybe a bite of sweet potatoe. S--Mixture of nuts, Kashi Healthy heart cereal and cranraisins(I mix them all together and put them in the little snack zip lock bags-great for a fast snack). Lots of Crystal lite Wgt is still plummeting. 124 fully clothed. Will try and walk at Lowes today. Doc said 20 minutes of walking at a time.

B - Coffee & Low sugar oatmeal L - Smart one and 1/2 of ceasar salad from wendys with lite dressing D - Smart One S- Sugar free - fat free - chocolate pudding I must say that I exercise 5 days last week... Could of been 6 but was too lazy yesterday... Weigh****chers has been working for me... 15 more pounds to my goal.... Will get weigh tomm.... Will post...

Hi Folks! Well, was well enough to finally get back to the gym today. Felt good getting back in the groove again. B Poached egg with slice of LF cheese S 1/2 Banana L baked riccota cheese with tomato and basil sauce S Protien drink after gym D 3oz's baked chicken with a small green salad Drinking my fill of decaf coffee and crystal light. Still coughing a little but feeling much better! Hope everyone has a good evening.
