Hi Everybody, Thanks God, today is FRIDAY! This weekend I will be staying home and did not go anywhere except my daughter will go to birthday party this Sunday. I will help Nicky to work on our addition and will do errands stuffs. B - cold grilled shrimps from last night dinner S nectar protein drink and load of fluids L turkey and cheese with half toasted rye bread with some sliced tomatoes S handful of smoked almonds and load of water D cod with broccillo S simple smart milk and sf jello will go to gym at work for an hour to use machines Have a wonderful weekend! Terri we can go to waterford high school to our nordric walking on their field track together if we can make it. email me private about this. Hi all, I have today off, so I get to post on the Food log at the beginning of the day today. I am taking the day off to clean the house in preparation for the big Barbie Birthday Bash we are having for the girls tomorrow. They are so excited and I am starting to panic, cuz it looks like a bomb hit this place. Will go for a nordic walk around the neighborhood this afternoon after "my chores" B - 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on lite 7grain bread s - slice of mozz cheese L - some kind of salad w/chicken or shrimp s - s beach diet bar D - stuffed peppers s - sf popcicle have a great day! terri

Took my Xanax for the first time last night, no major upsets thus far, keeping my fingers crossed! B - chicken soup (I am really beginning to hate breakfast, I never know what to eat anymore) L - tuna on a small salad S - protein bar D - leftover chicken from last night S - peanut butter & no sugar strawberry perserves on toasted wheat Leslie Sansone DVD tonight, 5 lbs to go until my next goal!!!

Wow... it was a bad day for me... I woke up at 3am after only 3 hours sleep and could not go back to sleep. So I got outta bed at 4am. I made coffee and at 7:30 I had a bowl of fruit. Then I had another about 11. Then at 3 I went to gym (had 4 or 5 cashews runnoing out the door) worked with train until for 30 mins and then on my own for 45. hmmmm left there and had some popcorn before running into grocery store. I tired to follow my list, but HAD to get a box of Natue Valley Sweet and salty granola bars... HAD ONE FOR DINNER! OMG that is bad! but I was way tired... (bad choices!) so there is the list... BB Coffee B fruit L Fruit S 5 Cashews D A stupid Nature Valley Sweet and salty granola bar.... and now BED! well, at least I had a great workout even though I am so tired I am delusional Sweet Mammy

Hey there all, Busy day today, I am finally checking in. I saw Maryjo tonight, she looks wonderful since her tummy tuck. I am so happy for her. She is a hot mama now. Erin and I had fun with the boys. They are so lovable. Erin loves the animals. Hey Tom, I think Cletis wants to come home with Erin. hahaha Anyway, thanks Kathy I am doing better, still stuck but okay. I promise I will try to stay off the scale. love ya B: Atkins Cafe Latte Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: Chef salad with bluecheese dressing S: atkins protein bar D: chicken salad at Friendlies small cup of clam chowder (did not eat all) S: none Lots of propel today and diet snapple raspberry icetea. Did alot of walking today at lunchtime, not too much tonight, was busy running around after visiting with Maryjo. Everyone have a great weekend. Hugs KimC
