Hello Everybody, I am still very busy at work this week. I will skip exercise today because I am too busy at work . Tonight I will go out with my girlfriends for dinner. I am looking forward this Spring coming with Terri C.. We will join for 5K walking/running this May for L H Hospital . We will use our nordic walking together and it will be our first time to do this! If people wants to join with us then you are welcome to join with us! b- low sugar instant oatmeal S nectar protein drink and water bottle with me while I will be in and out from my office all day L- tomato soup S load of water D ????? pick healthy protein foods from menu S simple smart and load of water Have a good day! Kim.... Please mail your weight scale to my address because this weight scale caused you crazy , upset; mad and depressed!!! I know you want to reach under 200 pounds and we will talk about this on March 4th at the dance and see if we can help you to change your pattern . Think Valentine Day is on the way... to make plan for you and your family. You will make under 200 pounds after plastic surgery in the future. Feeling better today, after being sick again yesterday. My GYN is giving me Xanax b/c she thinks that I am having panic attacks. This is one theory but of course who has ever heard of a panic attack that is cured by protein bars? (This is what I have been using to calm my self after an attack) Oh well, I'll give anything a shot. B - Half a wheat bagel (running late this morning) S - SB Cereal Bar L - tuna on small salad S - Balance carb well bar D - not sure, going out tonight w/ boyfriend Will try to get some exercise in tonight, will do at least half of my Leslie Sansome tape just to get my muscles moving. It all depends on what time I have left after my date. The good news is that I am 6 lbs away from my next goal of 199lbs!

B - 2 quaker rice cakes cinnamon toast L - Smart One S - Rice Cake - (they are good) D- Smart One or Porkchop - not sure yet S - will try to skip it I will get on my new machine that I love for 20 min. I got home late from Philly and I still had to get on it. 16 pounds away from my goal and don't want to get off track again.... By the way my friend from Philly was not able to have his surgery yesterday because the night before his surgery he fell down the stairs and messed up his ankle so his surgery had to be cancel....

Hi folks! Still trying to get rid of this cough. Everything else is pretty much back to normal. B ham and cheese roll up S 1/2 a banana L Met-Rx protien bar S GNC protien shake after 1/2 hour on Nordic Trac D Green salad Will stay away fromn gym till I can get rid of this cough. Last thing I want to do is get others sick. Drinking my fill of decaf coffee and Lipton green tea with mango. Hate being sick. Hope everyone has a great evening! Be well, Julio

Hi Kathy, Thank you for asking me to do the 5K with you. I never even thought about joining a race before and now since we talked about it -- i have been getting very excited! I nordic walked for 30mins today and even jogged a lap around the building to make 2.13 miles in 30mins. I was told that 5K is about 3.2 miles, so I am going to start training for May. We will have to try to train together on some weekend days when we both are free. Like Kathy said, anyone who wants to join us for the L&M Spring Fling 5K -- well the more the merrier! B - weight control oatmeal s- a piece of mozz cheese l - tuna, lettuce tomato on low carb wrap (subway) s - sbeach diet bar d - shrimp ****tail s - hand full almonds, sf popcicle Speaking of scales..... i am mailing you mine too Kathy. I am getting frustrated that I can't break through plateau since August. I really want to lose 35-40 more pounds. I feel really good until I see the same number on the scale --- so I am going to try to stay off it for a week and see what happens. AAAACK!! terri

Hey everyone, I am doing better today. Had a good day at work and I am feeling like myself again. Thanks so much Kathy for your support and I promise I won't let my scale take me over. B: Isopure Protein Drink S: rest of drink L: Atkins protein shake S: rest of shake and a Atkins protein bar D: chicken with spinach salad S: not sure Lots of propel waters today and walked around the office. Went outside for awhile at lunch too and walked. It was cold but really nice out. Having my crystal light tonight too for fluids. Have a great night everyone. Love ya lots Kathy. Hugs KimC

well, being accountable here has really made me make wiser food choices! So thanks for listening everyone and helping me on this journey... BB (before breakfast) Coffee B fresh fruit salad and a light and fit yogurt L (leftovers) chicken onions and mushrooms with about 1/4 c angel hair pasta S popcorn D Same as lunch (Getting sick of this for sure!)
