Free Cookbook & Tape Measure

Hi, All! In today's CT Post there was an insert from Bridgeport Hospital which gave various health-related info. There also were 2 offers, one for a free tape measure and one for a free cookbook, "Bridgeport Hospital Heart Doctors: Cooking for a Healthy Heart". According to the article in the insert, the cookbook "features delicious recipes for appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts specially approved by Bridgeport Hospital cardiologists and cardiac surgeons." I get bored eating the same thing over and over and can always use new ideas and recipes, so for free, why not?
