Good Morning Everybody I will be very busy at work today. Kim.. hope you start feel little better than yesterday keep intake for fluids with protein in . Take care of yourself because we do not want you to get more sicker! B-cold baked chicken meats S nectar protein drink and load of fluids maybe grab some almonds nuts L stuffed pepper S load of fluids D scallops with green beans Promise my son to make this because that is one of his favorite foods! S Simple smart milk , load of fluids sf jello will do treadmill at home for 45 min Have a good day! Ksthy K

Is it Wednesday already? Yesterday was seafood day- I had some shrimp at a friends house- very yummy- some steamed whitefish for dinner, and I had tuna at breakfast (hee hee hey I was hungry for it) Don't know what todays theme is yet Hey- you know whats yummy? Cup of Soup- Spicy Thai chicken- with a scoop of Unjury in it- 20 grams of protein, and the cup of soup is very low cal. I have a cup of soup in the afternoon- to boost the ol' protein intake.

Hi Folks, Hope everyone is having a good day ! B 2oz's chicken cutlet with a few green beans. (got up late so had one of my made beforehand meals for breakfast). S Cheese stick L 3oz's egg noodles mixed with 2oz's spinich and a bit of parmagan cheese mied in. S protien shake D Turkey Kielbasa nite. Small piece with a small salad. Still a little under the weather even tho I have gone back to work so will just go for a walk with molly before supper. Have a great evening everyone! Julio

It's been a busy day for me too. My little pre-schooler had picture day today. She looked so darn pretty in her pink dress and ribbon in her hair. I can't believe she is 5 already. Anyway, no exercise today. I should be good to go tomorrow though... i have 2 days to make up! B- mozz cheese s- coffee l - salad with chicken on top s- peanut butter pretzels. okay can't buy these for a while. they are too good for my own good. D- steak, green beans maybe a spoon full of rice s- sf popcicle terri

Hey all, feeling alittle better, still have a lot of air bubbling in the tummy. I have been doing alot of protein today. But the scale is still not moving. I have been at 220 now for 5 months. I can stand this. I want to get out of the 200s now!!!!!!!!! B: Atkins shake S: rest of shake L: Isopure protein drink S: atkins bar D: tacobell soft/hard taco supreme only half S: sf icecream Lots of propel today. Had a couple of protein bars for snacking too. Did some walking at work today. Had a meeting at work tonight so could not do my usual exercise with Erin. I know I should not get upset but I can't stand this waiting anymore. I am trying so hard and the scale just keeps going up and down. I would see a change, get excited and then it would go back. What is wrong with me!!!!! :angry: :angry: Well hope everyone is having a great week. I am back to work and getting back to my routine after being sick.
