B - Coffee S - Low sugar instant oatmeal L - Smart One D - Smart One Lots of Water!!!!!!! Leave work early to do 20 min on my gazelle machine - Go to school and then drive to Philadelphia - A friend of mine is getting his surgery tomm and he wants me to be there. If you want to post in his surgery page its under PA - Rich Gonzales. Weigh****chers meeting at 11 lets see what the scale says today... Good Day All!!!!!

Hi Magaly, Thank you for posting food and exercise log for me. I was very busy at home to get ready for contractors to work on our new kitchen to put silestone on our kitchencounter top. I am excited about this. I will go for nordric walking this afternoon for 3 miles myself before i will pick my kids up at school. B- low carb slim fast protein can (rush and busy this morning) S load of water and nectar protein drink L half toasted rye with tuna and some slice tomatoes S handful of smoked almonds and load of fluids D baked chicken with green beans and few bites of salad S simple smart milk and load of water Have a good day since the sun come out. Magaly Tell your friend good luck and he is lucky to have you to be on his side for support. Drive carefully! Kathy K

ugghh...feeling kind of yucky today. no exercise for me. Nothing wrong, just Aunt Flo making a nuisance out of herself. Menopause---BRIING IT ON! Anyway... b - weight control oatmeal s - coffee l - 2nd half of ham, cheese and spinach wrap from yesterday with 1/2 apple s- handfull of peanut butter pretzels. (by snyders- anyone try these? they are really good and not bad on counts for a little snack) d - salad greens w/scallops on top s - sf popcicle terri

I've been eating better yesterday & today. I feel good about that. Feeling better in general, I am going back to eating my carbs in between meals like the doctor told me to do (which I stopped doing b/c I started to eat ALL THE TIME and started gaining weight) And this slight change has me feeling almost 100% already. B - turkey soup (just didn't feel like making an effort this am) S - small slice of banna bread L - half turkey & swiss on rye S - rest of sandwich D - uncertain, have been wanting some chicken for days though! Leslie Sansome tonight. I am wondering if I am exercising too much, my body starts to scream even during warm up. But I am to keep at it, especially now that I am back to eating the carbs.

Hello all, Still home sick today, not a good couple of days. Feeling very blue. I can't shake it. I should be okay though. B: none S: none L: none D: probably soup S: none Drinking alot of fluids today not hungry. I can't eat much with out having to go. I am taking it slow today. I think its the flu. Hugs KimC

Hi folks! Back in the saddle again! Sorry your still not feeling well, Kim! Hate seeing the word "none" next to where your suppose to be eating. Even if your taking in broth , or tea and toast. Need to eat. Ok, enough "Mother Henning". B poached egg with a few small pieces of roasted red potato S 1/2 a banana L cup of chicken noodle soup S protien shake D Pork roast (a few small pieces) along with a small salad Still coughing a little so just cruised on the excersize bike after coming home from work. Kim, I am sorry you are feeling blue and flu-ish. You need to keep your strength up though. Try to eat something -- like Julio said, even a little broth and crackers and get some protein in if you can. Glad you are getting in your fluids feel better. terri
