Good Morning Everybody,
What a lousy weather this morning.... Raining!!! Julio Hope you are starting feeling better from your flu. I cannot believe it is almost February soon!!
B- instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S handful of Cashews and load of fluids
L cold shrimps with dip on sauce
S nectar protein drink and load of water
D cod with brocillio
S Simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
Will do alot of pool workout with my trainer Glo tonight in the pool

Hello all,
Not a great day today, weather is so yukky out today. Some have snow we have lots of cold and rain. I am home today with a bad pains and dumping with the tummy. I feel lousy.

D: not sure
S: none
Lots of crystal light today, maybe some propels. Not much for exercise, feeling really lousy today. Bad cramps in my tummy and dumping big time today. Not sure why? Feeling really tired too. Even with all the vitamins I am still so tired.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. The weather has been crazy lately, maybe you are just coming down with a bug. Its good that you just rest.
Bad eating yesterday! I grazed all day, boredom eating. And then this morning I had a fit (one of my wonderful near-fainting spells/panic attack like episodes brought on poor nutrition) I haven't had one in weeks and I think it was b/c of my breakfast (see below) I would call it dumping but isn't dumping a bit more closer in time to the food you ate. I ate at like 7am and had the fit at like 10am. Oh well, either way I feel much better but would be willing to try any "better eating" magic beans that anyone might have to sell.
B - Blueberry muffin (do I get points for it being lowfat? No? Didn't think so)
S - protein bar (carbs bring me out of my fit thankfully)
L - seafood salad w/ crackers
s - pecans
d - beef stew
Leslie Sansome tonight! Doing this DVD is the only thing keeping me from being 350 lbs again, the way I have been eating. I wi**** would just click in my head to stop. Geez!
Hi Kathy!, Feeling alot better, still have a little fever and sore throat so am taking today off as well. My doctor told me not to ru**** or take the chance of getting sick again so will err on the side of caution.

L Cup of chicken noodle soup
S protien shake
D Cup of tomato soup
Drinking lots of crystal light and green tea. Hopped on the Nordic Trac for 1/2 hour this morning. Just putted along , will give it another go after supper. Thanks again to all for all the "get well wishes". Great medicine when your feeling under the weather. Take Care, Julio

D: 3 oz hamburg meat with some greens
S: 8oz simply smart milk
No formal exercise today, I am dog sitting for my mom and will probably chasing the little bugger around the back yard while she does her business.
I have started rehearsals for a show that I am doing which I am tap dancing in - so much fun. That is a couple times a week and such great exercise!

Tap Dancing?! How cool Phyilis! I know someone who started tap dancing years ago and she still loves it. She is in great shape also. Have fun with it.

It was crappy out today, but it stopped raining long enough in the afternoon for a nordic walk 30mins.

lunch when I saw my pouch of Weight control oatmeal.

D - 1/2 mini whole grain bagel w/ff cream cheese, green beans and 5 soy chicken nuggets
s - sf popcicle

Didnt go to gym today... Had to cut hair (and color mine) after work.
