Facing the "Flu" for the first time.

Hey buddy, So sorry to hear your not feeling so good. Stay in bed and baby that flu. I had that a couple of weeks ago and boy does it wipe you out. Stay warm, drink your fluids and take your medicine. Lots of love and hugs your way. Get better soon. Love ya KimC

Julio, I am so sorry you aren't feeling well. I am glad you went to the doc and got some meds to feel better. You are quite the inspiration Julio....sick and STILL on that exercise bike. YOU GO!!! feel better soon, terri

Hi Phyllis, Well, all the folks that have told me that they went and got their flu shots are all doing well so far. I come from a big family and they all are in agreement that I was a knucklehead for not getting one. Well, I won't make that mistake again! Will be first in line next year!
