Good morning Everybody, I feel good after went to gym to do treadmill this early morning at work for 30 min and will go back to do weight lift and abs sit up during my lunch hour because I will be very busy tonight with my kids s activies tonight. I am planning to do nodic walking tomorrow morning for 4 miles. Terri I am more prouder of you for working harder on your exercise and I would like to join with you to do together for nodic walking and will help you to do little jogging together WINK! Now you know why I keep exercise everyday except Sundays because of my fear for regain back. When I keep exercise daily and it made me feel good and for peaceful in my mind about my fear! Thanks god Today is Friday. I will be very busy weekend and will go out to celebrate my brother s birthday this Sunday with our families. B cold chicken leg meats S nectar protein drink fuzzy navel and load of water some almonds nuts L stuffed green pepper from dinner yesterday S load of fluids maybe protein bar if I feel like to eat D undecided probably have chef salad while my family will have pizza S simple smart milk and cool whip top on sf jello Have a wonderful weekend! Kim.... OKAY! I am coming to the party on March 4th and will look for my date( will plan to ask my girlfriend to come with me) My hubby said go head and have fun .... He rathers to work on our addition and stay home with our kids since we both are not crazy about dance. I want to meet new and old faces up there! HUgs Kathy K

Ok, I am determined to control my stress eating today. I am not going to go into the break room (where the goodies are) and I am going to take a deep breath whenever I feel upset by my boss. I am so close to my goal and I don't want to make a mess of things now. B - south beach cereal w/ peacans S - pecans or protein bar L - Lean Cuisine low carb chicken dinner S - pecans or protein bar D - beef stew I am still doing my Leslie Sansome DVD, it is such a good stress reliever. Something about kicking and punching that makes you feel calmer.

Good morning everyone, I am still trying so hard not to go out of my mind with this weight not moving. I am trying to be patient, I know it will start again, but I want it to happen now!!!! Its been alot of months gone by and still at the same B: Atkins protein shake S: Rest of shake L: chicken broth S: power crunch bar D: probably a salad while family has pizza at my mom and dads S: none Lots of propels today, some snapple sf icetea cranraspberry. I had on Latte Light with splenda today too. Walking at lunch time and then maybe the dance extreme tonight if I have time. YIPPEE, KATHY!!!! I AM SO GLAD YOUR COMING. YOU CAN HANG WITH ME AND MARYJO IF YOU WANT TO. US STAG PEOPLE WILL HAVE LOTS OF FUN WITH OUT THE SPOUSES. I AM SO GLAD YOUR COMING SWEETIE. Everyone have a wonderful weekend. Enjoy the sunshine. Kathy, I am glad you are proud of me. Thank you for encrouraging us all to keep up with our exercise. I know it is one of the most important keys to long term success. I have one more day to have 2 whole weeks of exercising regularly. I feel a whole lot better and there is a nice glow in my cheeks. Wow today was a gorgeous day to go out there and breath in the warm springlike air. Such a tease! I was out there nordic walking for 30mins. B - mozz cheese s - coffee L - salad and 1/2 tuna sandwich s - s beach diet bar D - okay spank me.... 2 sf popcicles and a sliver of Abby's birthday cake. I just wasn't hungry. hope i don't pay for that later. taking the kids to movie night at the school. Lion King 1 1/2. Abby is 5 today. Where did that time go? It seems like just yesterday when she was a frightened little 13 month old looking at me for the 1st time in a hotel room in China. She didn't care for me too much back then. We both cried our eyes out. LOL. I think she thinks I'm A-OK now. have a great weekend everyone! terri

YAY! I did better today! B Coffee & Oatmeal (spaced apart) L leftover dinner from last night (chicken w/Mushrooms in White wine sauce) S Popcorn (WHATELSE??) D Shrimp and Scallops in a light sauce with cobb salad S a few mixed nuts & Tea (again spaced) Went to gym for an hour in a half. Met with trainer for 30 mins! Feel good... tired but good! Looking forward to a very active weekend! (Think PROTIEN!) Sweet Mammy
