Dam pj pants lol please help me I went from 250 to 135 and now 168 I know I should be happy where I am but I know i'm not. and starting to get really sad and down about it.
Thank you

Hey Lisa,
I would do the ketosis for a short time, but check with your surgeon first to make sure its okay.
Protein is the best way to kickstart you back on track. Check with your nutritionist for some menu ideas too if you can.
Good Luck and don't worry it will work out for you. I am one year out and I am at a stop for the past five months its driving me crazy. I am so afraid I will go back and not lose anymore.
Everyone tells me stay on track and don't wander off the program. So give it a shot and see how you do.
Good Luck sweetie.

The most effective way to lose excess weight is to put your body into ketosis by minimizing carb intake and maximizing protein. Most people (according to the research published by Atkins) seem to respond to a daily carb intake of less than 25 grams with at least 60-80 grams of protein per day.
Good luck getting back on track.
