Food & Exercise Thursday
Good Morning Everybody,
It was great to see everybody keep track their food & Exercise yesterday. Keep it up! I cannot believe how lousy weather was yesterday. I went to the mall last night for short time and cannot beleive that they are starting to put SPRING clothes and Bath suit there!!!
I will use alot of different kind of exercise machines at gym during my lunch hour today.
B- slices of ham and 1 mozz cheese stick
S Nectar protein drink and load of water maybe handful of smoked almonds
L baked chicken and some slice of tomatoes
S load of water and some cashews nuts
D stuffed green peppers with small salad
S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
Have a good workout !

B - 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 slice of toast and coffee
L - tuna with 5 crackers
D - some type of meat with cabbage and carrots
S - 1/2 banana
Okay, the gym is not working out for me because of my school schedule again. So this is what I did last night I rearrange my room and make my own gym on one side. I put my treadmill, ablounge and Tony Little Gazelle Edge Trainer. My son and I are going to exercise together at least 4 times a week. It was driving me crazy thinking about how will I ever make it to the gym with working full time and going to school basically full time and my son. So our family time is exercise yeah.......

Ok, bad eating day for me, ALREADY! My boss has been out for 3 days and when she came in today she was a raving loon! I am embarassed to admit that I eat when I am stressed at work, not even at home, just at work. But anyway, all I can do now is dust myself off and start over.
So...
B - egg, swiss on wheat toast
S - 3 brownies
L - small salad (Tuna, eggs, beans)
D - cheeseburger or soup
S - low sugar ice cream
I am keeping up with the exercise, that is one thing I can say for myself. And I am refusing to weigh myself this week so that I don't go psycho about making my goal. Given all the snacking that I have been doing, it is a good thing anyway. I am sure that I would not like what I see!

Hi Folks! Lovely day after all that wind and rain yesterday!
B 3 oz's ham steak
S nutrigrain bar
L 3oz's seafood salad over a little romain lettuce
S protien drink after gym
D Leftovers are piling up so it's "Buffet Nite" tonight.
Have my 1/2 boneless porkchop and green beans already tagged!
Decaf coffee for breakfast and lots of water to drink.
Worked out today, felt good being back on track. Took my time and go a real good workout in. Hope everyone has a great day.

Better late than never... but it is good to see everyone posting food logs... i always get some good ideas from people.
B- Weight control oatmeal
L - leftover salad with shrimp and a veggie patty
s - S. Beach diet bar
D - turkey, rice pilaf, green beans
s - sf popcicles.... okay call me a popcicle- head Kirstie... go ahead!
did 30mins of nordic walking today. I can do 2 miles in just under 30mins now... even jogged a little today.

O boy... I am embarrassed, and wasnt going to post. But maybe if I do this enough I will STOP eating the useless calorie foods, and eat better...
(I better go grovery shopping!)

L Greek salad (yum)

D chicken with mushrooms in white wine sauce, noodles and corn
Treat ~ Tea
No gym today
