Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Hello Everybody,
It is very windy outside when I arrived to work this morning but heard it will be heavy raining today. My daughter sells girl scout cookies and It reminds me that I used to eat all the box from mint cookies before I had this surgery. Now they don't bother me anymore and my headmind hunger too! I still craving for salt things sometime and have to be careful with this.
I will do exercise on treadmill and do abs situps tonight at home
B-roll of hams and mozz stick cheese (rush this morning)
S nectar protein drink and load of water and some smoked almonds nuts
L cod with cottage cheese (left over from dinner yesterday)
S nectar ice tea and load of water
D baked chicken with brocoiccli
S simple smart milk and load of water
Stay warm and don't get all wet from outside

Hey Kathy,
Ahhh.... girl scout cookies. My fave were the peanut butter ones. I just can't buy any this year... I think it would be dangerous... you know I may just fool myself into thinking that because of the p'nut butter it might be a good protein snack... lol.
Hoping the rain stops later today or possibly get my nordic walk in before it gets bad out. One way or the other I will get out there for my walk. I look forward to it now.

D - don' know yet....thinking about chicken and some veggie

My six year old sister is selling girl scout cookies. Or better stated, my mom and I are selling the cookies. I feel like I am some sort of hypocrite, a gastric bypass patient hawking cookies to my overweight co-workers.
Oh well, anything for my sister.
B - South Beach cereal with some pecans thrown in.
S - more pecans
L - side salad w/ tuna on top
S - more pecans (love them!)
D - cheeseburger on wheat toast
S - probably some low sugar Bryers - yummy!
Trying to lose these last 10 lbs so that I can be under 200 lbs! I am loving my Leslie Sansome Walk/Kick DVD and it is really helping to keep me motivated when all I want to do is hiberate.

B roast beef and lf cheese roll up
S 1/2 a banana
L 3 small meatballs in a little marinara sauce
S protien drink
D Will be heating up some ham steaks tonight so will be a small piece of that along with a green salad
Lots of water, went to gym yesterday so will hop on the nordic trac for a half hour. Everybody stay dry and don't let the wind carry you off !
Was so strange, was walking out of Wal-mart sunday morning after the ice storm let up and the wind was blowing so hard it was actually blowing me across the ice. Thought to myself how that never would have happenned a year ago! Take care,

Hey everyone
Oh my god, what a weird day out today, the rain and the winds. Its awful. Lots of power outages and trees down too.
Well my day is crazy here at work, and of course I got my dreadful monthly visitor. YUK YUK YUK. The cramps are so bad, they are getting worse and worse every month.
B: Coffee with splenda
S: rest of coffee
L: chicken broth
S: none
D: probably some tunasalad
S: maybe some nuts or sf icecream
Lots of propels and crystal light today. Walked alittle today at lunch time. If the cramps stop I will do the dance mat with Erin.

Hi Kim (and everyone!). Had to comment - you have a dance mat too? I'm ADDICTED to my kids' dance mat. I think it's called Dance Revolution. I never thought I was competitive, but I REFUSE to let that thing win. And you can really work up a sweat on it!
Anyways, I thought I'd hijack and say hello to all. My father's been in the hospital, he's very sick, so life has been stressful to say the least.
As far as eating....I've eating like cr@p the past couple of days, but back on track today.
I had....
B - non fat latte (small)
S - cottage cheese and fruit
L - salad with pork and light italian dressing
S - protein drink
D - not sure yet but it will NOT be fast food (pray for me)
I worked out - did 30 minutes on the eliptical going FAST. Trying to work out my stress. I also did 30 minutes of weights, abs, etc.
Now, off to the hospital.

OK OK today was a BAD day, but I had no power from 9am until 6pm...
I am going to do this tomorrow (and try to daily) maybe I will be more conscience about eating my PROTIEN
