Hi Everyone, I had posted last week that I have started Weigh****chers and I am very happy to say that I lost 2.6 pounds. I started weigh****chers because I felt that it will help me control my calorie intake. Also by having to go to weigh myself everyweek. I still make sure that I don't have the sugars and the high fat foods. I feel I have started again, since I have not really lost any weight since the summer. I was back and fourth with the 3 -4 pounds. I am blessed to have this tool that I can work with.... I have lost 75 pounds and I am grateful. Another 15 - 20 pounds will be good for me.....

Just curious Magaly, Did you keep it a secret about your surgery as I have heard that they will not let people join that have had WLS. I was also thinking along the same lines as you that if you have to go weigh in every week it will keep you honest - smile Best of luck to you Beth

Great news! I have found that accountability does keep me in line. That's why I still see a nutritionist regularly. It keeps me focused and on track. Keep up the great work. Being proactive on this journey is the way to go. Towanda
