Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody!
I felt today is Monday after staying home for long weekend from work. I am little tired this morning.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM !!!!!
I am looking forward to go pilates class with my friend twice a week. I love to learn new things and can do various of exercises whatever I have to do it on each day! I will go to gym during my lunch hour to do abs situps and weight lifts too today.
B lower sugar instant oatmeal
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L Tuna salad
S some cashews nuts and load of fluids
D Have not decide yet
S Sugarfree jello and load of fluids

Okay this has nothing to do with what I am eating today but when I saw you are having that lower sugar oatmeal it reminded me of the new Quaker commercial- where the women are dragging the scale behind them with it chained to their ankle- raise your hand if that's how you feel sometimes people !!!!! I LOOOOVEE that commercial!!!!!

Its a chilly one today, but better than yesterday. Had a lousy weekend of eathing, but I am back on track.

Lots of protein, trying to break the scale weight. Lots of Propel water and my protein drinks
Will do the dance mat with Erin tonight. Did some walking around the building today.
I am going to have my nails done tonight and a free massage for my birthday. I can't believe I am 44 years old today. But I am so happy I have had my wish come true of many birthdays to lose the weight and feel better.

Happy Birthday Kim! 44, your still just a baby! Barely remember when I was 44. I also got back on track today!
B 1 egg omlet with slice of LF cheese
S half a banana
L 3 oz's turkey meatloaf with a few tablespoons of green beans
S protien drink after Gym
D 1/2 boneless porkchop with a small green salad.
Went to gym for the first time in a week. Glad I did , felt great taking it to the limit. Walked out a very tired but happy camper.

Happy Birthday Kim! After losing all that weight I bet you feel more like you are celebrating the 14th anniversary of your 29th birthday! That's my new way of thinking because I am NOT going to turn 46 this year!
Anyhow, I had double exercise today! WAHOO!! I nordic walked 30mins this morning and did power Yoga class tonight. I think I am getting hooked on this exercise thing.... making Kathy K proud

I am so proud of you!!! It made you feel good to do exercise 30 min so you won't feel guilty . You will feel good about yourself and feel more healthier! I will tell my personal trainer Glo about you are still using Nordic walking. I know she will be proud of you and is so happy to hear about Nordic Walking!
