FOOD/EXERCISE LOG - THURSDAY
If anyone has been wanting to work off some holiday weight, today would be a great day to start by going outside to take a nice walk! Sunny and 50? WAHOO!! I have droped 3 of the 7 lbs I gained over the holidays in less than a week. I am working to get out of the 180's-- 6lbs to go. So 30mins of nordic walking today during lunch and sticking to the food plan. I have been tracking again at fitday.com. that is a great tool.
B- mini whole wheat bagel w/ff cream cheese
s - yogurt w/handful almonds
L- salad w/chicken
s - tangerine
D - going out tonight -- probably salad and something

Hey Terri,
What a good girl you are, you started the log early for all of us. Its a beautiful day out today, the sun is shining. I can't wait to go for a walk this afternoon.
I have been so depressed these past few months, the scale is fighting me with these 10lbs. I can't seem to break the chain. I know I have to be patient but its nerve racking. I wanted to be out of the 220s by the new year, but it just did not happen.
Well, anyway I will just have to be patient I guess. I am so grateful for the success I have had so far, I know it will happen soon. I just want it so bad now.
