Food/Exercise Log Wednesday
Morning everyone!
I am up early and thought I'd check in... didnt see food log so I hope it is okay to start it today.
It has been a great week for outdoor exercise. It is so mild outside. They say tomorrow an Friday it is getting into the 50's! The girls in the office where I work are all going out for fitness walks during our day and it feels great to get out there and move! Will be doing 30mins of nordic walking today. I had a Yoga flow class last night that kicked my butt and I am a little sore today.
B- 1/2 mini whole wheat bagel, 1/2 tangerine
s - light & fit lemon yogurt w/handful almonds
L - leftover pork loin w/ green beans
s- apple
D - probably chicken w/ salad
s - sf popcicle

B Slice of tosted rye bread with 1 poached egg
S granola bar
L Cup of chicken noodle soup
S 1/2 a banana
D Will be a chicken nugget nite tonight. A small green salad on the side.
No excersize today. My mom passed away last night. Thank goodness I got to spend some time with her yesterday. She went comfortably in her sleep. The whole family knew the time was growing short and we all got a chance to say a proper goodbye. Take Care everyone and have a good evening.

This week have been crazy for me .... co workers are sick with cold and sore throats.. I washed my hands and tried to stay away from them!! I went to gym during my lunch hours .. did exercise with weight lifts and treadmill.
B Boiled egg and one stick mozz cheese
S smoking almonds nectar protein drink
L strip of chickens with small salad
S load of water
D chilli with ceddar cheese
