Appeal Letter,breast reduction?

Hi everyone I just got an approval for a TT, but was denied for a breast reduction!!!! I though it should have been the other way around!!!! I am now a 36DDD. So, I dont get it!! Either way does anyone have an appeal letter for a breast reduction? Please Help!!!

Have you got documentation from your PCP regarding back pain, pictures of your boobs- causing problems ie skin infections under the boob, shoulder indentations from carrying them around in a bra, how about seeing a ortho doc and getting a written opinion about the current and future impact of carting them around on your musculoskelatal system?
