Hi Folk's , Hope everybody is getting back on track after dealing with the holiday "Demon's". Just remember what's behind us is not important! What lays ahead is what will make the difference! B 2 slices of pepperoni with 2 slices of LF american cheese S Small apple L 3oz's tuna salad over a little lettuce with a splash of "V.O.O." S Protien shake after workout at gym D 1/2 stuffed chicken breast with a few green beans. Went to gym and got a good workout in. Feel better after not going for a few days Hope everyone has a good evening. Take care, Julio

OOOUCCCHHHH! I had a very carb loaded day yesterday. Sis brought Pepe's pizza home on her way back from NYC and I had some. Okay... over the course of the day, I had 5 slices of white clam! Bad Girl! I just can't resist their white clam and if it is there, I WILL EAT IT! Oh well, it is maybe once a year if that, that we treat ourselves to Pepe's, so I am not beating myself up about it... I just move on. I am kind of disappointed that I didn't dump or anything.. went down real smooth. DAMN! However, I did pay with a carb hangover this morning. I felt awful. Like a big piece of lead--- sluggish and 0 energy. I am back on track today though, had a good eating day and went out for a 30 minute nordic walk 1.6 miles. B- cottage cheese L - shrimp ****tail and some chicken D - fruit and walnut salad from McD's (had a play date for the kids there tonight) s - decaf coffee and 2 peanut butter graham crackers
