Adam's in a Play
Hi, All!
Adam Friedman hasn't posted here in a while because he's been very busy with an upcoming play, "The Little Shop of Horrors", so I told him I'd post on his behalf. Adam is the director of the Middlesex Academy for the Performing Arts, which is part of the Independent Day School in Middlefield. Adam will be portraying a wino as well as providing the voice of Audrey II (the plant). The play will be presented in 2 weeks, on Fri., 1/20, and Sat., 1/21, at 7:30 p.m. and on Sun., 1/22, at 3:30 p.m. It's a fundraiser for the school's youth theater program.
Who wants to go with me to support Adam? And when do you want to go? It would be fun to get some people together and go as a group (like we did last year when Robin Handleman was in "Guys and Dolls" at the Repertory Theatre of New Britain).
For more details (like price), please e-mail me.
Debby
Hey Deb,
I wish I could go but that weekend is so crazy for me with my nephew's birthday and my daughter is going on a trip to the shubert with her drama club at school. She has a part in Into The Woods Jr. at her school and she is playing one of Cinderella's mice. They are all going to see a show that has three musicals in one that weekend.
Give Adam my best and tell him to "Break a leg"
Hugs
