Hi Everybody, I was so busy at work and home yesterday. I took my daugther Jessica to dentist where she had her first tooth pulled. She said to me that she do not want to go back for another tooth pulled because it hurts alot! Thanks god it was only one tooth pulled for now! It will be ice freezing outside today so I will go to gym during my lunch hour to exercise with machines for 45 min. B- inside of Ham&Quiche I made last night without crust S Nectar ice tea and handful of jumbo cashews L Grilled chicken with salad and cherry tomatoes too little low fat ranch dressing S Load of water and some smoked almonds D cod with green beans S Simple smart milk and mozz cheese stick Drive Careful out there! My scale is actually going up but my skinny jeans are fitting better, go figure! So I am putting the scale away for awhile and hopefully it will catch up to reality. B - weight control oatmeal s - half pria bar L - tuna salad w/ 5 crackers S - handful of nuts D - Cheeseburger w/ one piece of wheat S- hopefully some carb control ice cream Going to do my Leslie Sansome Walk & Kick DVD, I love it! And then if I am up to it I will do the Pilates DVD afterward.

Good for you Christine! Shove that scale in the closet as it will only try to bring you down. B 2 slices Turkey Roll up S 1/2 banana L 2oz's pot roast with a few baby carrots S Protien Shake D Small green salad with some tuna Went to gym yesterday so will do Nordic Trac today. Feeling a bit bedraggled today. Not really sure why. Just the post holiday blues I guess. Hope everyone is having a good day. Take Care, Julio

Going to Yoga class tonight and going to try to walk 30mins on the treadmill before I go to get the metabolism going before Yoga. Kathy, I can relate to Jessica's pain. I had a wisdom tooth pulled a couple of months ago and it was not fun. I am a big baby at the dentist. B - mozz cheese s - handfull cashews L - green salad w/ balsamic vinegar, grilled chicken, gorganzola cheese, dried cranberries and almond slivers --- delish! s- S. Beach diet bar D - Gr. turkey with tomato sauce and parm cheese. s - sf popcicle terri

Hey all, Still not a good day for me, my back is still out of sorts. I got out early today, went home to more mineral ice and hot/massage chair pad. Better than yesterday but still sore. My eating was not so good, I was craving too much today. I guess being sore made me alittle depressed. I will get back on track tomorrow. B: propel water S: none L: Cheese and crackers S: some Fritos (bad, bad, bad girl I am) D: some tomato soup S: sf philly swirl Just not on track today, once my back heals I will back to my old self I hope. I am really upset though, I was 213 and now I am back to 220. I don't understand whats wrong, I am doing what I am suppose to and this is nuts. I hope this all changes. Love ya all Hugs Kim
