Good Morning sweetie, Thanks for the info on EAS shakes. I sometimes get them at Costco by the case, only the chocolate ones. The MetRx bar on sale this week at Walgreens for 2/$3.00.They're good also.

Hey Bob, Thanks for the FYI, I am going to have my hubby go get some for me tonight. Just to let you know Maryjo is home and doing great. They took off 17lbs for her in the surgery.
