I guess I am posting this more for me to make it "official" and for me to stick to it... but maybe along the way... help others make a plan for 2006! I have come back to work after the holiday break and I have officially started my resolution to lose more weight and to get back on track... I have my water bottle... switched to drinking tea instead of coffee bought fruit, pretzels, and healthy snacks for those urges to munch bought crystal light to make at home so I will get my water in everyday plan to walk every day.. no excuses... Took my vitamins... ALL of them! I will bring my lunch everyday... which my wallet will enjoy as well. Yesterday, I bought a pair of jeans.... ready for this?? SIZE 9 JUNIORS Super cute.... so I try them on... I CAN button and zip them ... however, I am depriving myself of a few comforts of life.. such as BREATHING or MOVING ... so.. as I have decided that by FEBRUARY... I WILL BE IN A SIZE 9 I have them there to look at every day! Now.. I just have to do my crunches and my exercise.... and I will be on track 10000%. SO... NOW it is official... no screw ups.. no falling off the wagon... no nuttin. Have a good Tuesday Everyone! Beckie

Hey Beckie, Congrats on your success so far, great ideas on your resolution for 2006. I am fighting the scale right now. I can't get past the 200 mark yet. I have about 19 pounds to go. I guess I have to be patient. Take care and have a great day. Hugs KimC

Check ou****er Sensations as an alternative (very yummy one!) to crystal light. In my opinion... a more natural taste. check out http://health.discovery.com/ something about Ballys having 8 free weeks... apparently, no strings attached. I have not fully checked it out.. could be wrong... but worth the look. Good luck. Towanda
