Well I have to say the Lipton Cup of soup cream of chicken with Unjury protein powder- is actually quite tasty!!! That was dinner I have had Crystal light iced tea and a little de-carbonated diet pepsi to drink. I can sleep in my own bed- as long as I have my binder on tight. I swear though my skin itches like crazy and I need to take a shower in the morning and put on Aveeno lotion- I think the harsh "city water" irritated my skin- we live on a well- no chlorine in our water. Thank you eerybody for your well wishes and for welcoming me to the loser's bench. Happy to be here!!!

Bernadette: Welcome home to the NEW YOU! As I am sure you already know... Rest, hydrate, rest, hydrate, walk, etc. My angel said to me ... THIS IS YOUR TIME... TAKE IT. for the world will require your full presence back soon enough. Each day will get easier and before you know it you will be back in action... Might I caution you on the "de-carbonated diet pepsi" though... think of it this way... your new pouch is the same as a new baby's... you might want to postpone that for a long while. It might create some irritation down the road. Just a friendly suggestion. And do I remember my first shower home! Glorious beyond belief. Just stood in the shower letting the water fall over me with the realization that I had done it...had gotten my surgery and now the path had been paved for a new journey. Be well... Happy New Year...
