J's Food Log & K's Exercise Log Thursday
Hi Everybody,
I am back after spend my time with my family over Holiday! I had very nice Holiday with my family. Of course I was very good girl and did not overeat the foods on Xmas day! I ate little stuffed pepper, little ham and little turkey and was very full while my family kept eating more foods. I spend more time to take some pictures than eating more foods. Everybody in my fmaily said I look great and told me stop running everyday but I am not going to stop. I will keep running because I have fear in my mind that I will regain back weight which is good to keep me stick to do exercise for my peace of mind! That is me!
B- cold turkey ( rush to go work early morning because I want to get out early from work)
S nectar ice tea and load of water
L four cold shrimps with little sauce tip
S Nectar ice tea and load of water
D have not decide yet
Will plan to run in the raining for 3 miles after work.

B Small piece of Turkey kielbasa
S Cheese stick
L 2oz's grilled chicken with 3 tablespoons of green beans
S Protien Drink
D Turkey dogs in blankets tonight! I have half of one with a small green salad
Still drinking my fill of Green tea every day. No gym today, did my cardio at home on the excersize bike. Hope evryone had a good evening!
