Hi Folks! Well, lets all get off our duffs and back in the swing of things! B 3oz's bran flakes with cup of skim milk S cheese stick L 3oz's shrimp in cup of chicken broth with some green onion and snow peas S protien drink after gym D Small piece of Turkey Kielbasa and 4 tater tots. My son is off school till after first of the year so dragged him off with me to gym after work. got a good bit of uper body along with some cardio in there. He was glad we went after it was over. Can't have him doing the "couch potato " thing on his week off of school Got on the scale this morning an couldn't belive my eyes, was 258!! Guess all this excersizing is helping even with my few mistakes over the holiday. hope everyone has a great evening! Julio

Very cool on the continued weight loss Julio! I though the same this morning and got off my duff! Went out and did a 45min nordic walk. Was a little cold and dark but body said thank you! B- string cheese s - 1oz leftover steak L - salad and cheese melted over portabello mushrooms, 1 sl bread s - s beach diet bar D - summer squash casserole,chicken s sf popcicle terri

That is so awesome Julio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B-carnation instant breakfast with 1% milk Lunch- 1/2 cream of broc "soup at hand" Dinner- 1 meatball made with cream of mushroom soup lots of water need a lot more protein...............really want to get some bars.anyone have any good recommendations? ~Bethany 266/227/140?

HI Bethany, I get my bars from GNC. They have a sale the first 7 days of each month. The ones I get pack 40 grams of protien. I also buy the shakes they sell that have 50 grams of protien in them. You may want to pick up one from different brands to find the ones you you lke the *******so buy whey protien that I mix up with skim milk. Sounds like alot of stuff but it gives me choices as to how I will get my protien in every day. It's very important that we get it to keep us healthy and our weight loss on track, Good Luck and keep up the great work! Julio
