Sorry I did not input mine but will try my best after Holidays! I did good to deal Holiday foods at work and home and depend on my shrimps for snacks than having xmas cookies or other things.
B- instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S Handful of peanuts and load of water
L ??? Xmas party lunch ( We will go out)
S Nectar protein drink and load of water
D will go out with my girlfriends for our xmas dinner
No exercise tonight but will wokr out upper body and use treadmill tomorrow at gym for an hour.

B 2 slices of rolled up sliced turkey
S Cheese stick
L 3oz's chicken with a cup of chicken broth
S protien drink
D Grilled pork with a green salad
No gym today, lots of heavy lifting at work today so am a tad tired.
Will hop on the Nordic Trac after dinner to get some cardio in. Hope everyone has a great night!
