Hi Folks! Hope all are well.
B Part of roasted chicken leg ( Hey its protien ! )
S Cheese stick
L Rest of the roasted chicken leg mixed with a little salad
S Protien drink after gym
D Making Au Graten potato's and Chicken Marsala. Wil just look at the potato's,
, and have a little chicken with salad.
Trying to go to the gym every day to get my scale moving a bit, so far its staying steady , but the arms and legs are looking better all the time! Filling up some loose skin with muscle. Still drinking my green tea and crystal light. Hope everyone has a great evening!

Good morning all,
it has not been a good morning. i was planning on have leftovers but one of my precious brats
took it an at it so not sure what i am going to have. I know thou i am have a baked pork chop for dinner and plenty of water but who knows thru the rest o the day. Hope everyone one has a wonderful holiday

Hi Barbara, Not to worry when a hungry youngster changes you meal plan for the day. Just remember that all it has to be is protien! So, be it a piece of chicken for breakfast, or some cheese for dinner. The important thing is we get our allotment of protien. I hide a few protien bars in the pantry for just the kind of thing you went thru. take Care and keep up the good work!
