Hi folks! Hope everyone is having a great day!
B 2oz's steak with a slice of rye bread
S Cheese stick
L Small salad with a few pieces of baked chicken
S Protien Shake after Gym
D Making a pot roast in the "Crock Pot".
Had my 9 month "Post Op " visit today at Dr. Nazdam's office today. He was pleased with my progress. Got a good workout in at the gym and after supper, will ride my excersize bike while watching the news.

Hello everyone;
Finally after four months my scale has moved. I am up to 110lbs lost from 106. I still want more before the new year, but I will patiently wait. I want to be out of the 200s by January. We shall see.
Was: 324
Now I am: 215
Want to be: 150
B: Coffee with splenda
L: some cheese
S: none
D: Chicken with mushroom gravy and mashed potato (WW Smartone)
S: none
Lots of propels and crystal light today. Not a good eating day today, wasn't really hungry at all since feeling really crappy.
Was so busy at work never got a lunch, left work early. Have a really bad cold. Hopefully it will be gone before Christmas. Did alot of walking and lifting today. Distributing all the gifts and baskets this week for the holidays to local families in town who are in need. What a rewarding part of my job. I love it.
