Hi Everyone. What a lovely day today turned out to be. Had that family "Christmas party" yesterday and while I did eat a tad more than I should, I managed to keep my excesses to protiens. "Those BBQ hot wings got the best of me!" As for today: B 2 poached eggs with a slice of LF chesese S Protien drink after workout at gym L 3oz's grilled steak with a small green salad D Baked macaroni, Just a few pieces as macaroni does not agree with me much. Got a proper workout in after helping out at the bakery and going grocery shopping. Spent the restof the day getting the house ready for a small birthday party for my son ,"Ray". He will be 15. Funny how fast they grow. I remember watching him be born and the excitement that came with it. Time passes too fast. Cherish every moment with your children. They are our Greatest treasures !(Something to keep in mind when they have decided to use your walls for their crayon creations) Hope everyone has a great day. Take care, Julio

Does a day late count? Walked the Post Mall 1 hr (briskly... as only a shortie can)... Got in 16 oz of my required fluids and part of my protein shake (with vitamins thrown in) on the way home. Listened to "The Preacher's Wife" CD on the way home. A good start to a Monday morning. B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese/HB egg. S: rest of protein shake L: 1 oz chicken in soup S: 1/2 apple D: Soup (Tabatchnick...love the stuff) and 1/4 cup veggie souffle. S: Carb countdown yogurt with calcium supp in it.' Water, water, water... then more water. Perhaps some decaf tea along the way. Have a grand day everyone. Towanda
