Today will be busy day for me. I will go to gym during my lunch time to do walking for 45 min since my doctor wants me to wait one more week to run again ....
B- low carb slim fast protein drink rush this morning
S some smoked almonds and load of fluid
L tuna salad with cherries tomatoes
S nectar protien drink and load of fluid
D turkey burger with lettuce and tomatoes without bun with small salad
S simple smart milk and load of water

Hey everyone:
Boy its freezing out today, I am feeling this cold weather alot more intense than a year ago. Well the scale moved a little today but not much yet. I am hoping it will start coming off again soon.
B: Coffee
S: some protein
L: Chicken soup Progresso
S: Cheese snacks from Trader Joes
D: not sure yet
S: none
I am doing alittle better, I am still really bummed I have not reached my second goal before the holidays. I wanted so bad to be out of the 200s. I know I am grateful I have come this far, but now I am getting anxious.
Oh well, hope we don't have the bad weather tomorrow we are suppose to get I have a half a day at work and want to finish up my shopping. I hope everyone has a wonderful day today and a great weekend too.

Hi Kim! Glad your feeling a little better. Am stuck in the same boat as you so I'm just doing my best to keep on track and know it will work out in the end.

L Cup of Chicken broth with 6 medium shrimp and a bit of green onion
S Protien Shake after Gym.
D Sweet sausage link with a green salad
Boy, your not kidding abiut the cold!! Was freezing all day! drank my fill of decaf green tea and decaf coffee. Forced myself to go to gym and glad I did. Felt better after working out and tried my first "Tanning Booth".
Boy!!! was it warm in there!
Think I'm going to like tanning. Just doing 7 minutes at a time to start. Well, hope everybody has a great evening, take care,

Hey Kim,
Glad to hear that you are feeling a little better. I went to the L&M support group meeting last night and listened to Mark Gaynor, a psychologist who had WLS 6 years ago. He had a lot of great things to say and I was so glad I went. One of the things he said about plateaus was, "Stop and think... when is the last time you were able to maintain a weight loss for this long" He added, "I have either always been on the way down or on the way up but never held steady. Appreciate where you are at the time." He really made a lot of sense. I never thought about the fact that I have never held the same weight for that long. Except at my biggest weight of course. So today I am appreciating that I got on the scale and still see the same thing as I did a couple of months ago.
I know what you mean though about wanting to be OUT of the 200's. Hey! We'll have to declare your 199 day a state holiday for it will certainly be a day to celebrate!!! hee hee hee. Hang in there girl.
Anyway today I had our annual Christmas lunch with our boss. It was at Modestos in Franklin....YUMMY Italian food. I was noticing what I ordered and how different my plate looked from before surgery. I actually opted for veggies instead of pasta for a side dish and enjoyed them!
B- string cheese
L - Pork Scallopini, salad and broccoli cauliflower mix
2 forkfuls of choc. cake --- okay, had to try it and it was delish
D - bunless cheeseburger
s - sf popcicle
