Protein Drinks...

Hi, My favorite is Nectar...they have alot of different flavors and mixed with crystal light they are pretty good. I hate all the others I have tried. You can order this from bariatriceating.com or vitalady.com. Hope this info is helpful...Colleen

Hi CJ My favorite protein drinks are Nectar and Profect. Profect is kinda of expensive than Nectar but Profect have high 25 protien for 3oz .Nectar have 24 protein for 16 oz. Remember your taste changes after surgery so do not buy alot of them but buy them as sample so you can taste which one your pouch will accept then buy them later Good Luck Kathy K
