J's Food Log & K's exercise Log TUESDAY
Good Morning Everybody,
I like Tuesday better than Monday!!
I went to bed early last night and was so tired last night. My son got so excited and bought me something for my xmas present. He said it is something to relate my exercise How Sweet son I have and my daughter gave some of her money allowance to my son so they both want to give me xmas present with their own money!!! It touched my heart and I am thankful to have my kids in my life!
I will see my doctor tomorrow and hope I will start to jog again after his approve! I will do my exercise Walking for 45 min on treadmill while watching channel 8 on TV in my family room tonight. I have not weight myself over 2 months until last night. I only lost 1 pound which is fine with me!
B-rush this morning stick of mozz and broiled egg
S Nectar lemonade and some smoked almonds to help me stay away from holidays cookies and candies at work!!!
L Egg plant with mozz cheese top
S load of water and some smoked almonds
D Have not decide yet
S Nectar protein drink after exercise and simple smart milk before go to bed

Hello Kathy,
Just wanted to let you know you are looking great, I remember when you came into my office and you had your surgery date, haven't seen you in a while.
I will be attending the support group in New London tomorrow night I am excited. I had my surgery on the 30th of November and was just put onto soft foods today.
I now need to get to the base gym and start exercising.....

L Turkey hot dog with 3 tablespoons baby peas.
S Protien Shake ( After workout at gym)
D 4 fish stickes with 3 tater tots and a little salad
Went to gym after work again today. Switching excersizes each day so rest up the muscles I worked the day before. Am thinking of hitting the tanning booth. My membership at "Planet Fitness" gives me unlimited visits. Does anyone here use them? Any comments? Just want to get an idea about how often,what to watch out for. Thanks and hope everyone has a great evening!

Off to the gym tonight w/ my son. Lost 3 pounds since last week. Trying to stay away from carbs.... One year anniversary January 3rd... Need to lose 20 pounds but trying to at least lose 10 before my one year.... Will keep trying... Off from school for a month, and will work harder...
