HI EVERYBODY, I HATE MONDAYS!!!! I AM TIRED THIS MORNING AFTER VERY BUSY THIS PAST WEEKEND!!! B INSTANT OATMEAL (LOWER SURGER) S NECTAR PROTEIN DRINK AND LOAD OF WATER TOO MUCH HOLIDAYS COOKIES AND CANDIES AT WORK I STAYED AWAY FROM THIS! L ROLL OF HAM WITH MOZZ STICK WITH MUSTARD ON IT AND SOME GRAPES S SMOKED ALMONDS AND LOAD OF WATER D COD WITH GREEN BEANS S SIMPLE SMART MILK AND NECTAR PORTIEN DRINK WILL DO UPPER WEIGHT LIFT AND WALK FOR 45 MIN ON TREADMILL... CANNOT WAIT TO GET PERMISSION FROM MY DOCTOR TO ALLOW ME TO JOG AGAIN MISSED JOGGING FOR A WEEK!!! HAVE A GOOD DAY!! KATHY K

Hi kathy! I agre, Monday's are the worst! B slice of rye toast with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese S Granola bar L 3oz's grilled pork with 2 tablespoons of mixed veggies S Protien shake. (GNC Strawberry Whey Isolate with 12 ounces of water) D Green salad with a hard boiled egg. Went to gym after work, going to try to go everyday switching excersize's each day. Keeps be busy and away from the "Christmas Chaos" starting to form around the house. The wife is making gift baskets for friends and the house is filled with all kinds of temptations! So will just chug along do my best to stay away from all that stuff. Hope everone has a great day! Julio

Hey everyone, Not a good day today, feeling really blue. Don't know why, but can't shake it. Still not losing yet. I am getting really frustrated. I know I am grateful for losing 106lbs so far, but I want to get out of the two hundreds. I just can't shake this yukky feeling. B: none S: none L: none S: none D: salad with meats, cheese and dressing S: none Lots of propel and crystal light today, not very hungry today. I just was so stressed at work I forgot to eat. I hope tomorrow is a better day. Hugs KimC
