Pain on Right Side

I have had a constant dull pain on my right side just above my belly button for about a week. Could it be a hernia? I do have 2 year old that I lift all day. I have no fever and otherwise feel fine. It doesn't seem to be effected by eating. Has anyone else experienced this. I am 2 months out of surgery? Sara-

do you still have a gall bladder? Gallstones is a possibility- hernia seems unlikely in the place you describe. You need to call Dr A firs tthing Monday morning.

I had my gallbladder taken out with surgery. I am so fed up with his office but I will make an appointment anyway. It just takes so long to get an appointment in the late afternoon and then you have to wait usually over 2 hours to see him. But I have to be safe, so I will call. Thanks for the advice!
