J's Food Log & K's Exercise Log Thursday
Hello Everybody
16 more days until Christmas!!!! that is my favorite Holiday!! I am going to make xmas cookies with my daugther this weekend even thought it don't bother me to eat cookies because I am not cookies nuts! Chocolate is my head hunger!
My hamstring muscle is much better than yesterday and I will take it easy until it heals 100 percent. Will do walk on treadmill for 30 min and will do upper weight lift tonight I miss Running :O(
B instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S Nectar Protein drink and handfull of smoked almonds
L Tuna salad with cherry tomatoes
S Smoked almonds and load of WATER WATER
D Have not decide maybe chicken soup
Have a great evening and keep warm while it is snowing tonight!

B small slice of seedless rye bread with cream cheese
S cheese stick
L Cup of progresso lentle soup with a few pieces of turkey hot dog just to make it interesting
S protien drink after workout
D Green salad with grape tomato's and sliced mushrooms with 2oz's tuna salad'
Decaf coffee in the morning and green tea the rest of the day. Went to gym and got a very good workout in. Am quite the tired puppy right now,
Feels so great to take it to the limit on occassion. Will be quiet night tonight. Take care everyone and watch that drive tomorrow. Looks like snow coming in after midnight.

B- 1/2 poached egg
1 bite of wheat toast.....didnt like it...first time I tried toast postop
L- 2 ounces of Clam Chowder.....sooooooo good!!!
2 pieces of flat bread..........love those
Dinner- 1 ounce hamsteak
couple bites of yam
snacks-
carb countdown choc milk
lots of tea
1 ounce chedder cheese
I try to drink ISOPURE but dont like them.............what do NECTAR drinks taste like???
Imdown 25 pounds!!! whooo-hooooo
