Well, for what it's worth- here's the advice I have always followed and given for this instance... CHANGE ONE THING YOU ARE DOING (ONLY ONE) DARMATICALLY. You have to choose which one you will do (or think of your own) based on what's going on in your diet/habits/routines Some ideas (remember- only ONE!) 1. INCREASE or LOWER your calories by a few hundred 2. INCREASE your protein to carb ratio dramatically (add MORE protein) 3. Go carb FREE for a week 4. DOUBLE or TRIPLE your non caloric liquid consumption 5. COMPLETELY change your exercise. Ex: if you are walking, stop and do the stairmaster instead and add a few minutes to each exercise outing. OR- if you're walking, change to an aerobic tape. Ummm, if you're NOT exercising- START! A little something EVERY day! LOL. Do whatever you decide for one solid week- and STICK to it. You'll be shaking up the status quo in your body! Do not get on the scale at all that week. Weigh at the end of the week, and I can about 95% guarantee you that you will see a change. I'm three years out and I STILL follow this advice. It still works well for me, especially if I've overindulged and need to drop a few pounds. Good luck! Best, lisa C

Hi there! I can FEEL for you!! I know exactly how you are feeling, I promise. When I got sick of the scale not budging, I went to GNC and bought some Isopure protein drinks (the only ones that I could barely stomach). I bought 5 of them. I drank one a day and loading up on the liquid protein really helped my cravings. Not sure why, but it definately did. I also changed my workout a bit (I'm not nuts working out - I simply do 20-30 minutes of cardio and some weights 4 times a week) but I shook up my routine. The combination of the 2 helped BIG TIME. I think our bodies get really smart and get used to us doing the same routine that when we change it around, it confuses it! ;) Let me know how it goes - or email me if you need anything at all! Tammy 272/167 P.S. I'm addicted to the Breakstone cottage cheese with fruit singles. They fill me up more than most foods and they are pretty good for you. Just a suggestion! ;)
